Hi to all members, Although I have been a caravaner for many years, my technical knowledge is very limited, I have a Bailey Ranger 380/2 year 2000, which has a Zig Power Master PCU1250 Charging unit, The problem I have is that on a recent weeks holiday, starting off with a fully charged leisure battery, and plugged into a mains hook up, after three days the LED battery conditition light changed to orange, indicating to me that the unit was not maintaining the charge,although all electric items in van were working normally. However when leaving the site and removing the mains lead, the LED changed back to green, and the battery had power enough to operate the vans mover. On arrival home I conected the battery to a charger, and it only took about an hour, to fully charge again. Which would indicate that the battery was not losing to much charge, has anyone experenced any similar problem with their LED battery conditition warning light on a PCU1250.

However if you look at the wiring diagram you will see that these connections are swapped over ( fridge to 11, 12S plug to 12).
